This dynamic program offers a unique, hands-on experience: a live moot-style argument by attorneys Gurpreet Sandhu and Phillip Wilkinson, who will argue a sample case using select legal authorities. A distinguished panel of Ninth Circuit Judges—Gabriel Sanchez, Anthony Johnstone, and John Owens—will preside over the arguments, providing specific feedback on what impressed them, what didn’t, and how to elevate oral advocacy.
